Our range of manufacturing of Single Screws of plastic processing machinery (Film Plant, Multilayer Plant, Monofilament Plant, Sheet Plant, Rafia Plant) varies from dia 18 mm to dia 250 mm with no limit in L/D relation. We have got CNC Thread Milling Machine specially designed by us, this exclusively manufactures quality as well as CNC Grinding along with polishing attachment.

Screws are made from nitro alloy steel like 34CrAlNi7, 41CrAlMo7 etc. toughening, tempering, stress relieving, gas nitriding & additional bimetallic coatings can be incorporated on flights depending on the process application. We also do special surface treatment like hard nickel plating, chrome plating & titanium coating depending on the material to be proceed.

We manufacture Twin Parallel Screw of any length or diameter usually from Nitro Alloy Steels like 34Cr Al Ni7, 41Cr Al M07 etc. Addition different types of bimetallic coatings can be incorporated on flights depending on the process application. We also manufacture as per clients specification & drawings for Pipe Plant, Sheet Plant or Compounding line.

We already design Twin Parallel Screw for PP & HDPE material sheets. In metering zone of screw we provide special hard face coating which increase in screw life.

The Nitro Alloy Steels like 34Cr Al Ni7, 41Cr Al M07 etc. are used for Twin Conical Screws with or without bimetallic coatings on the flights.

Special surface treatment like hard nickel or hard chrome plating depending on the material to be processed can be used on most of these Nitro Alloy Materials as per clients requirements.
